Both are free for free tickets. For paid tickets Eventbrite charges 3.7% + $1.79 per ticket plus 2.9% processing per order, passed to attendees by default. Fund My Squad charges a flat $1 per paid ticket to the buyer, includes Stripe processing in the buyer total, and charges organizers nothing on donations, products, auctions or raffles.
What does a $25 ticket cost the buyer on each?
On Fund My Squad the buyer pays $27.09 and the organizer receives $25. On Eventbrite the attendee pays $28.45 ($2.72 service fee plus $0.73 processing) and the organizer receives $25; if the organizer absorbs the fees instead, the attendee pays $25 and the organizer receives $21.55.
Can I collect donations on Eventbrite?
Yes, as a "donation" ticket type, which carries 2.9% processing and none of the fundraising tools. Fund My Squad puts donations, auctions, raffles, squads and recurring gifts on the same page as the tickets, with a 0% platform fee for organizers.
Does Eventbrite have QR check-in, Tap to Pay and offline mode?
