How tickets work

When someone purchases tickets, they receive:

- **Individual QR codes** — Each ticket in the order gets its own unique QR code

- **Email confirmation** — Sent to the buyer with ticket details

- **Wallet passes** — Add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Tickets appear in the buyer's "My Tickets" section on both web and mobile.
