Running an online auction

Raise money with an online auction — open bidding, silent, or buy-now. On the Type step, choose Auction.
Choose your format:
- **Open bid** — Classic ascending bidding
- **Silent** — Guests bid privately from their phones
- **Buy-now** — A fixed price for instant purchase
Setup — Add your auction details (name, story, category, schedule), then add each item with a photo, description, and starting bid. Add a cover image, connect your payout account, and publish.
Running it — Supporters register and bid from their phones. Run silent lots ahead of time and feature live lots from the auctioneer console, with a big-screen display in the room.
Online auctions are available to nonprofit organizations.
