1. Program Description

By opting in to FundMySquad SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from FundMySquad related to fundraising campaigns, donation reminders, team updates, fundraiser invitations, and other communications associated with the FundMySquad platform. These messages are sent to keep you informed about fundraising activity relevant to you.

2. Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from FundMySquad at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to opt in to SMS messages to use the FundMySquad platform or make a donation.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your fundraiser activity, team participation, and campaign updates. You may receive messages related to donation confirmations, campaign milestones, team invitations, reminders, and general platform updates. Message frequency will not exceed 20 messages per month under normal usage.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. FundMySquad does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge you for each message sent or received.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of FundMySquad SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from FundMySquad unless you opt back in.

6. How to Get Help

7. How to Opt Back In

If you previously opted out and would like to receive messages again, reply START to any previous FundMySquad message, or re-enter your phone number through the FundMySquad platform. You will receive a confirmation message upon re-subscribing.

8. Supported Carriers

FundMySquad SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to send you messages related to FundMySquad and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via text message or by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
