Fall Season
Player Dues
One charge, and you are done.
Today, then the 15th of the next two months.
Dues are the hardest money a team collects
Not because families will not pay — most of them will, on time. Because collecting it falls to one volunteer with a spreadsheet, a payment app that was never meant for this, and thirty conversations to keep track of.
The spreadsheet is always wrong
Someone paid in cash, someone paid half, someone paid under a spouse’s name. The list stops matching the bank the first week.
Nobody wants to send that text
Chasing four families for money is the least pleasant job in the club, and it lands on the person who volunteered for it.
The waiver never comes back
Money arrives through one app and paperwork through another, so the two lists never quite agree about who is cleared to play.
Set it up once, in about ten minutes
Set the amount, and how it can be paid
One charge, or split into as many as twelve. Let families choose, or decide for them. Payment dates are relative to when each family signs up, so nobody is handed a date that has already passed.
Ask for what you need, once
Jersey size, emergency contact, a signed waiver, a grade. Add your own questions. Every answer lands on your roster instead of scattered across a group chat.
Send it to the roster, or just share a link
Invite every family at once, or drop the link in the team chat. Parents pay on their phone in about a minute — no app, no account, no password to reset in August.
Watch balances instead of your inbox
See exactly who has paid and who is behind. Record the check somebody hands you at practice. Waive dues for a family who needs it, with a reason kept on the record and off the family’s receipt.
Built for how dues actually arrive
Payment plans that do not punish anyone
Two to twelve installments on the same card, taken automatically. Families who need to spread the cost are the ones least able to absorb extra fees, so we do not add a platform charge to any of them.
Cash and checks belong on the same page
Dues never arrive only by card. Record a check against a balance and the roster stays true, so the number on your screen is the number in the account.
Waivers, sizes and emergency contacts
Build the questions your league actually asks. Answers export to CSV, so the uniform order and the emergency binder come from the same list that collected the money.
Guardians and minors handled properly
The athlete and the person paying are separate records. Under-13 athletes cannot be invited without an adult on file — the system refuses rather than letting it slide.
Nothing sits in our account
Money moves through Stripe straight to your organization. Dues carry no platform fee at all, so the amount you set is the amount you bank.
The rest of the season is already here
The families who paid dues in August are the ones buying banquet tickets in February. Product sales, events, auctions and donations run from the same account and the same roster.
We take nothing out of your dues
No platform fee, no per-family charge, no monthly minimum. The only cost is Stripe's card processing, and you decide whether the family covers it at checkout or the team absorbs it. Registration software normally charges for exactly this — we would rather be the place you already are when the banquet tickets go on sale in February.
Against registration software
Team management platforms collect dues too, and charge for it.

Questions treasurers ask
What does it cost to collect dues?
Fund My Squad takes no platform fee on dues. The only cost is Stripe card processing, which you can pass to families at checkout or absorb — your choice, set per plan. There is no monthly fee, no per-family charge and no contract.
Can families pay in installments?
Yes. Set two to twelve payments and pick the day of the month they run. The first payment is taken when the family enrolls and the rest are charged automatically to the same card. You can settle any one of them in cash, or waive it, without breaking the schedule.
Do parents have to create an account?
No. A parent opens the link, picks their athlete, answers your questions and pays. Creating an account is offered afterwards and never required.
Are dues tax-deductible?
No. Dues pay for a service your athlete receives, so they are not deductible, and we never issue a tax receipt for them. If your organization is a 501(c)(3), the optional donation a family can add at checkout is deductible and is receipted separately.
What if a family cannot afford dues?
Waive some or all of a balance with a reason. The waiver stops any scheduled card charges and is recorded for your books, but the family only sees that their balance is settled.
What if a card is declined?
The failed payment is flagged on your dashboard and the family is emailed once. Their receipt turns the fix into the main action on the page, so updating a card takes one tap.
We never take a percentage of what you raise
No platform fees for organizers on tickets, donations, or products. Buyers pay Stripe processing plus a flat $1 per ticket. Launch in minutes and rally your community.
