Inviting families and sharing the link

Two ways to reach families, and you can use both.

Invite the roster — On the **Roster** tab, select athletes and send invites. Each family gets an email with a link straight to their athlete.

Share the link — Copy the payment link and post it in the team chat. Anyone with the link can enroll, pick their athlete and pay.

Athletes under 13 must have a guardian on file before an invite can send. Until one is added they show as blocked, and the roster tells you how many are waiting.
