Waiving dues for a family

On the Payments tab, choose Waive on a family's row. Enter how much to waive and a reason.

Waiving cancels what is still owed and stops any scheduled card charges. The reason is kept on your record for the books — the family only sees that their balance is settled.

Many clubs fund waivers from the optional donation families can add at dues checkout.
