Setting up payment plans
Split dues into two to twelve payments taken automatically from the same card.
Pick the number of payments and the day of the month they run. The first payment is taken when the family enrolls; the rest are scheduled relative to that date, so a family joining late is never given a charge date that has already passed.
Each payment carries its own card processing fee, because Stripe charges a fixed amount per transaction. That is why paying in installments costs a family slightly more in fees than paying in full — the platform adds nothing on top of it either way.
You can settle any single installment in cash, or waive it, without disturbing the rest of the schedule.
