Recording cash and check payments

Dues never arrive only by card. On the Payments tab of a dues plan, choose Record payment on a family's row.

You can apply it to a scheduled installment or enter a different amount, and mark it as cash, check or something else. Offline payments never touch Stripe — they only update the balance, so the roster on your screen matches the money in your account.

Recording cash is on by default and can be switched off per plan if you would rather everything went through the card.
